Monitoring agents collect and interpret alarms and our knowledge repository plots the most effective resolution based on your database history, customer specific SOPs, and industry best practices. ONdemand Services

ONdemand Services are considered recurrent tasks or special projects that are used to develop robust and dynamic data systems, on an as needed basis. These critical project -based tasks can now be solved more quickly due to our familiarity with your environment, operating procedures and security requirements. ONdemand services now enable customers to more easily offload projects that often require after-hour or weekend time slots to complete.
