“We are relatively new to the Oracle database environment. The expense of locating, hiring, and keeping a high quality database administrator has been a challenge at which we had been less than completely successful. We decided that, for us, the best long-term approach was to develop the necessary skill set among those on our existing staff. To accomplish this we concluded it would require short-term coverage until our people got up to speed. In addition, we also considered the need for longer-term back up and after hours support once our staff was up to speed. It seemed like an excellent fit for outsourcing.

As we investigated possible alternatives, we found that dbaDIRECT provided the best fit for our needs in terms of level of expertise, experience, services offered, and cost. As a new customer, we are looking forward to partnership that will be beneficial to both our companies.”
