"Thank you for saving my neck once again. I was feeling a lot of pressure because I was getting ready to go out of town for a conference and had a ton of work to do before I left. It is an understatement when I say that I was at the end of my rope when I realized that we were locked up. Fortunately for me, even on a Friday evening, your DBAs are always just a phone call away. You guys were right on top of the problem and you had us back up within 15 minutes of my call. Thank you for the terrific support we get!"
