“While the data warehouse and associated information systems processing are important to the university, it is not our core business or competency: teaching, learning, and research are. We don't do a lot of outsourcing or engaging of consultants, but in this project we needed some immediate, targeted assistance as we moved to a new enterprise database architecture. dbaDIRECT came through in innumerable ways.
